Every click and dollar you expend is a vote for the world you want to be in. Stop wasting your time, light. Vote more intentionally with your attention and be mindful of the things you allow to exist and support. “No person hands out their money to passers-by, but to how many do each of us hand out our lives! We’re tight-fisted with property and money, yet think too little of wasting time, the one thing about which we should all be the toughest misers.” — Seneca Support things that matter. Find your joy and bliss. Water the things that will grow and bring something of value into fruition. Stop supporting meaningless garbage. Your bliss is guaranteed by your intentions and actions. Don't let anything stray your from your intended goals. “Do you suppose that I shall write you how kindly the winter season has dealt with us, – a short season and a mild one, – or what a nasty spring we are having, – cold weather out of season, – and all the other trivialities which people write when they are at a loss for topics of conversation? No; I shall communicate something which may help both you and myself…Do you ask what is the foundation of a sound mind? It is not to find joy in useless things. I said that it was the foundation; it is really the pinnacle. We have reached the heights if we know what it is that we find joy in and if we have not placed our happiness in the control of externals.” — Seneca

Points are forfeit if someone: a) asks if you're playing Verboast, b) challenges you for using the word incorrectly or out of reasonable context, or c) makes you repeat or explain yourself. Self-reflection…we want people to make guarantees to us, when we aren’t willing to make guarantees to ourselves. We are all quick to run back to the store with receipt in hand, asking for our money back. Demanding this isn’t what you said it is! When’s the last time you asked yourself for your money back? It’s always easier to place blame on others for the lack of our own success. At what point do you look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself, you let yourself down. You have to ask yourself am I living the values that I talk about? Am I showing up on time? Am I putting in 120%? You have to stop being a victim and hold yourself accountable. When do you start holding yourself to the fire? If you don’t do what you’re supposed to do, you can’t expect someone else to do something for you. You owe yourself an explanation. Nobody gets anywhere making excuses. You need to get rid of those excuses and stop pointing fingers at people. Point that finger at yourself, and ask yourself what did I not do? Be grateful. Be kind. Be intentional. I love pizza 🍕
