With over 3000+ orders processed through our warehouse a day (not including Amazon FBA), everything has to be lockstep…especially with how tight are turnaround times are. That’s why I’m always in awe watching the warehouse Chadd Clifford, MBA + Aaron built over this last year. In any situation, they: 1) Recognize problems immediately 2) Prioritize speed and flexibility 3) Launch solutions through small scale testing and iterations 4) Build a new system for scale Through the music and the laughter, the camaraderie in this collaborative environment is obvious.
