Last Friday, The Ops team (we missed you Jennifer Rawsthorne 😞) enjoyed an early finish to celebrate their successes so far for 2024.
A non-billing role within the recruitment industry can often be over-looked with no target-driven metrics in place.
At Higher Group we're so fortunate that we're recognised for our contributions week in and week out.
We had the best time wine tasting & indulging in tapas, followed by lots more drinks & of course the wind blew us to a recruiters stomping ground.. Albert Schloss 🥂

It cost me less than $100 and only a handful of working hours to create and mail handwritten notes of gratitude to all of our ERG leaders around the world.
$100 to recognize and connect with my team through a genuine expression of my appreciation and pride.
$100 for a tangible note that they can hold onto for a reminder on tough days or show to their loved ones.
$100 for that simple burst of joy we all get when we open the mailbox to a surprise note from a friend.
Recognition matters!!! The world is heavy, work is hard, and it is so easy to feel overlooked and underappreciated.
