I hope this message finds you all well. I wanted to let you know that I have recently moved on from leading the digital business at The CW Network. It has been an incredible journey, and I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the accomplishments my team and I achieved. From the ground up, we built the digital wing of The CW and watched it flourish. It was exhilarating to guide the network through many milestones and growing The CW App for Mobile and Connected TV from 0 to over 92M Downloads. With the support of visionary leaders at The CW and Warner Bros, we revolutionized how our advertisers connect with their audiences across multiple screens. Was it fun to make The CW into a digital powerhouse? To create the digital strategy for so many great shows, from The Flash, to Supernatural, Jane the Virgin and All American?    Was it fun to grow our catalog by over 20x and add classic series, movies and live sports streams to The CW App? To build massive, rabid fanbases for shows that dominated social like Gossip Girl, The Vampire Diaries and Riverdale? To blaze a trail in the Connected TV space 10 years ago with Xbox and follow that up with chart-toppers on Roku, FireTV, Android TV, LG, VIZIO and others?    Was it fun to oversee an app that went to #1 in the App Store every fall? Yes, it really was. However, the most rewarding part of this journey was undoubtedly the remarkable individuals I had the privilege to work with—my amazing team. Together, with limited resources and an unwavering focus, we achieved truly remarkable results. We fostered a culture of respect, accountability, and trust, allowing us to navigate the ever-changing digital landscape together. It was a privilege to help so many learn the business, take on more challenges and grow their careers. I am also grateful for the partnership and collaboration we shared with our internal and external partners. As I embark on the next phase of my career, I wanted to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to all of you for your support and contributions. It means a great deal to me. I am excited about what lies ahead and look forward to reconnecting, hearing your perspectives, and exploring potential collaborations in the future.
