I started talking to candidates again. Yes, I started a new job, and finally, after three weeks of onboarding, training, and lots of questions from my side…yesterday I talked to two candidates. It felt AWESOME, like riding a bike. I knew what to ask, what to do, what important information I needed to share and specifics about the role. But after the call, I reflected on a few things: 🔺 Candidates, please let your personality show. Being professional in an interview doesn't mean being ultra formal. 🔺It is the recruiter's job to make the candidate feel comfortable and show their best self.
