It's hard to believe that our family company will be celebrating its 80th Anniversary this year (Since 1944).   The last 3 months have been a turbulent time in the Die Sets, Plate, Parallels, and Custom Fabrications market segment. We have seen a 100-year-old manufacture in this segment close their doors (Superior Die Set), and needless to say, this has caused a “ripple effect” through the 5 states we are Blessed to service (MO / IL / KS / IA / NE). But it is in these times of change, we (Lee Horneyer Company) felt it imperative to take a hard “look in the mirror” in the trust and value we are offering to our marketplace in this segment (Die Sets, Plate, Parallels, and Custom Fabrications).   Lee Horneyer Company (Since 1944) is proud to introduce a company that is “that” (On time… As Promised… At a Cost In Line With Fair Market Value), but so much more…..  

Earlier this month I hit my 4 year anniversary with Mohawk Industries. The time has flown by and I have really enjoyed it so far. One thing that seems to stay true with recruiting from year to year is that it is a rollercoaster ride. The key is to have more ups than downs. Q: What superpower would you choose to have? A: I would choose strength as my superpower because I would then have no limitations in my abilities to help people.

It's always a party at Door No. 3! Hat tip for celebrating 30 years in business. I'm grateful to be part of writing this current chapter. From a new business perspective, it's no small feat to grow an agency. For 30 years, no less. Striking the right balance of growth is a delicate dance. Providing excellent care for your existing clients while running ahead to cultivate new clients. Building a sticky culture where top talent wants to stay while creating demand to grow the bench. Marketing for others, while also marketing for yourself. Staying heads down in the work while staying up on constantly evolving trends. You get it.
