-𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 is understanding that everyone wears different types of hats.
-𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 is wearing any hat you want without fear of being judged.
-𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 is fighting to make sure everyone has access to hats.
Today I learn “Diversity and Inclusion” and find it is the initial step to understand why diversity and inclusion is so important in the work place, and this course provides me with the basics to start making a real difference to the people in my organization, profession, industry, and ultimately the community around me.
