I think this is an insightful article. Particularly, the Growth Mindset. This is a struggle for many healthcare payers. The tend to fall into the Genius mindset, which is centered on only the leadership. ( referring to the book Cultures of Growth by Mary Murphy). It will be fun to watch Humana's approach as we move forward .
