This guy right here!! He’s the real deal!!! Jason Denam, VP of Electrical Construction at Kilgore Industries, LP, validates all that Mack Story, Blue-Collar Leadership® teaches.
Mack has had the privilege of mentoring Jason since 2013. They talk a lot because Jason listens and learns to apply what he hears.
For those who tell Mack “what you teach and preach won’t work” in the hard core blue-collar industries…Jason proves them WRONG day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year.
What Mack teaches and preaches WON’T work for managers of people, but it will always work for high impact leaders of people.
Until it’s modeled at the top, it can’t cascade down and out through the entire organization.
What’s happening below is always a reflection of what’s happening above.
Mack and Ria Story, Leadership Speaker, Author, Trainer had the privilege of speaking to Jason and his team again at his 3rd Annual Lunch & Leadership event in Arlington, TX on 1/15/23. They’ve spoken at every one.
After they finished up, Jason took the microphone and shared a bit of his story. You can watch it here: https://lnkd.in/edXu2Jxj
FYI- Jason will be facilitating his 1st Saturday of the Month “Kilgore Leadership Monthly Drip” Microsoft Teams video session tomorrow, Saturday January 6th, from 9am-10:30am CT.
It’s open to ANYONE including YOU! You would make his day if you joined him and his team. There’s usually between 80-100 people on the call.
He’ll be covering 3 chapters from Ria’s book, “The Ladder of Influence: 5 Steps for Climbing to the Next Level and Beyond.” Ria and Mack will be joining too.
If you’d like to join, send Mack a private message or email (it’s at the top of his BlueCollarLeadership.com website) with your email address. He’ll be happy to forward you the link to join tomorrow, 30 min or sooner before the event starts.
We hope to see you there.
Keep climbing, so YOU can SOAR in 2024!
