its been more than 45 days no one in silaris even ger Ceo even try to listen the concern and their team saying its employee centric and bele the point that silaris becomes employee centric. 1.salary given by cheque hich as printed on 7th but given to associates on 15th. 2.Admin and guard behavior towards the associate like associate do not have self respect. 3.HR lead Abhinav behavior very rude if anyone visit for any work he never do the same in one go till the time he did not give the time to come again. 4.At the time of induction they we're told salary will be credited by NEFT. 5.Not consider any Medical issues ..and I am still chasing for the resolution and that should be online. There is to many points like that I have written that silaris make its employee centric. Abhinav Tiwari

#Appreciate_the_company_by_living_and_breathing_by_the_company_policies_and_Core_values #Make_it_part_of_your_DNA Got no referals, randomly dropped my CV and papers at the front desk to a counter assistant that I did not know who casually passed "it" on to HR, and knew no one in SMT role in the company but recruited onboard the company in a fair way by a unknown HR at that time considering how things are mostly done in the public sector due to "Wantok system" and "Who you know system"? Yep. That's how I came on board Digicel and I believe there are other good companies in the private sector that are "clean" when it comes to recruitment because of the slightly or mighty company policies and core values that are up-hold by the company.

Interesting read, and likely useful to anyone looking to transition to civilian employment in the near future. One interesting stat "...based on LinkedIn insights, veterans are 27% less likely than nonveterans to leave their first jobs within 6 months. While 15.6% of nonveteran new graduates leave their first jobs within six months, only 11.5% of veterans do the same." Which I had often heard differently. The appendix section has great info if you know where you want to live and what companies are veteran-friendly. Thanks, LinkedIn and the other companies/institutions that put this together.
