This week I celebrated 25 years of working with the Beck Technology team. The thing to note is that I was not the only one celebrating 25 years in this picture. On top of the two of us celebrating 25 years, there were 4 others celebrating 5 year anniversaries. For a company our size that is a monumental feat, especially in the tech space where the average tenure is 2 years or less. Some feel that reaching this level of retention is difficult but for the team at Beck Technology it is second nature. Focusing on your culture improves everything in an business. Your sales, your customer retention, and your teams performance skyrocket. You also attract better talent and get more from the companies you partner with. It seems like such an easy thing to focus on and I am baffled how many companies don't invest in it.
Some of our team members celebrated milestone work anniversaries in 2023. From 5 years up to 25 years, our crew is what makes our company really amazing. They gathered during lunch to share work memories and bask in the glow of a milestone year!
