We are going to push the boat out on focused achievement quotes and lots of personal goal chatter this month as Grant Cardone does not take prisoners with his rhetoric. Like many sales #business #leaders that are driving for 10x growth, he lives life at 100 miles an hour holding himself and all those around him accountable for delivery of personal targets. Set a goal that's ambitious but achievable and then deliver it. We should own our success and owning it is a duty, something that you are accountable to others in delivering, an interesting choice of words. But stronger still you are obliged to achieve success; is this a far cry from doing your best every day, does it go further? We kinda got stuck on safari, and then our guide and tracker got out and let the vehicle drive without any interference - of course, I recorded it (see below). As I saw this playing out on how to get unstuck in the sand, it occurred to me (great reminder)... I also need to get out of my team's way and have faith in the structure we've created when I am not around. I need to rely on the set-up: the engine, the steering, the tires, etc. - in other words, my business partners, the COO, the client manager, and the operations manager. I am sure you all get it.
