Early on in my Sales career I was fortunate enough to work for a real go getter of a manufacturer. They were releasing new products and were excited about their advantages. I was able to take one of these products and personally, bring it from development - to production - to possibly large scale production - all in one year. During my onboarding with the company I took a product and marketed it. On Linkedin of all places. And do you know what happened..? I got a fortune 100 snack company to purchase the first one in production. We worked with them and managed to release the new product while having the customer pay for a majority of the final development costs. It was at this time my Sales process really took off. I started marketing this product to the oil and gas industry. That is where the opportunity got really exciting. This is where I started thinking outside of the box. I contacted a company with an exciting product that we could piggy-back off of. It was from there that we were recommended to one of their best customers who was working on a large project with them. I could only imagine the total cost of the project was over 100 million dollars. The project called for 159 units with a sell price of $18,000.00 each. I personally saw the development of this product from the concept stage, to the large scale production phase. All within one year. That project would have smashed the yearly quota for the group. Going from roughly 1 million to 3.862 million, in 12 months. 2.862 MILLION USD FROM A COLD CALL MADE ON MY DESK PHONE. What can I do for your company? You have seen what I am capable of for others.
