While #hybrid work is certainly here to stay, the question remaining is how often employees will be in the office. YES! Globally, employees are working for 3 days per week on average in the office! Importantly, we're also hitting an equilibrium in terms of employee actions (what they're currently doing) and expectations (what they'd like to be doing) when it comes to RTO. So the data is clear, and it's aligning... now it's time to strategise!!! Whether that's more space, less space, or reimagining existing space, it's about corporates getting it right for their organisations and their people. Right space, right size, right quality, and right experience. JLL #research
