Recent research from JLL found that the majority (68%) of Fortune 100 companies have landed on a hybrid strategy for their office workers, averaging 3 days required in the office per week; however, it varies significantly among industries. As discussions about workplace progress, companies focused on attracting and retaining employees will expand conversations on flexibility and workplace amenities to include their larger workforce. #workforce #workplacestrategy #hybridwork

While #hybrid work is certainly here to stay, the question remaining is how often employees will be in the office. Many employers are aiming for a more regular office presence, typically targeting 3 to 4 days a week, depending on the industry. While employees appreciate the #flexibility of remote work and are open to returning to the office at least once a week, they are resistant to more frequent mandatory attendance.    Employers need to understand that employees anticipate a mutually beneficial outcome and need to address the "What's in it for me" (WIIFM) aspect of hybrid work.
