📢REMINDER FOR OREGON EMPLOYERS: Starting this month, employees in Oregon can begin using Paid Leave benefits (if eligible). 🎯HOW CAN YOU PREPARE? ➡️Add a PLO policy to your company handbook or new employee packet. ➡️If you haven’t already, add the PLO Notice to your new hire packet and display it somewhere conspicuous in the workplace. ➡️Prepare to provide extended job-protected leaves if you were not already subject to OFLA or FMLA. ➡️Most importantly: this program is new, and there is a lot to it.
