The key to growth in life is personal growth. The desire to see our colleagues succeed and grow, to be a true teammate, to have the ability to show respect and kindness to others, requires self-confidence. Self-confidence requires introspection. Self-confidence, the healthy kind, is the key to understanding that no one conquers the world alone. One year ago, I started an exciting Growth Agent adventure alongside Marc Siles Aligué and eight outstanding colleagues from Orkuveita Reykjavíkur, with support from my best bosses at Carbfix. All this wouldn't have been possible without the amazing group that shared it with me, as well as Ellen Ýr Aðalsteinsdóttir and Reynir Guðjónsson, who were our guiding lights throughout. Nearly two decades ago, we launched our Growww program, aiming to provide opportunities for talented graduates who aspire to kickstart their careers at one of the most stable & prosperous energy companies in Central and Eastern Europe.
