What a great approach to sustainable care which will undoubtedly enhance healthcare access by integrating efficient, eco-friendly practices and technologies, reducing costs, and improving care delivery. This approach should ensure long-term health system viability, making quality care more accessible. We witnessed this in metro Atlanta several years back with similar merger’s.
We are excited to announce that the University of Alabama System Board of Trustees approved an agreement for the UAB Health System Authority to assume ownership of Ascension St. Vincent’s Health System’s care sites in Alabama. This is an exciting opportunity to combine and optimize our collective strengths.
