In our dynamic partnership with ESSEC Business School, LVMH Fragrance Brands is proud to have sponsored a business case study for the students of the ESSEC LVMH Chair. The project was expertly steered by Delphine DION, LVMH Chaired Professor, Bianca Monzon, LVMH Chair Executive Director, and Professor Boris GUFFOND. Over three months, student groups immersed themselves in the heritage of our Maison Parfums Givenchy to address a significant industry challenge: How can AI help elevate retail experience in our Boutiques ? Throughout the project, students had the opportunity to challenge their ideas through a mid-term presentation and multiple follow-up sessions with our Maison's sponsor jury—Zhen ZENG, Operational Marketing Director for China, and Basil Brisset, Retail Performance & Operation Director. Finally, the teams pitched their final presentations at our headquarters with power, confidence, and excellence !
