The Cannes Lion festival and WARC published an interesting study, revealing some critical insights about the challenges marketers face today. 🔍 Key Findings: - 89% of marketers find the commercial aspect of marketing hard to understand. - Two-thirds struggle to grasp marketing’s contribution to the bottom line. - 43% find making the case for creativity in the boardroom frequently or always very challenging. As marketers, it’s crucial to develop stronger analytical skills and understand the financial impact of our activities. Bridging the gap between creativity and commercial understanding will not only enhance our strategic decision-making but also help us justify our efforts and secure necessary support from stakeholders.
