I genuinely appreciate SICKDOGWOLFMAN's brand and their strong opinions, but if all roads lead to "put someone in a mascot uniform", what's the point of having a unique perspective at all? It seems like Australian ad agencies (and their clients) seem to have just three ideas: 1. Mascot or animal costumes 2. Schlubby guys with 5 o'clock shadow debasing themselves 3. All of us watching this unfold, we need to remember that this industry is young and with it comes the tricky navigation of establishing industries best practices and regulations. Governments around the world are trying to catch up with the fast pace development of social media industry. Policymakers should focus on creating a more robust industry by understanding its global commerce value and getting the balance right between rights and obligations of all users and platforms.

We know that fox, newsmax and oan run propaganda stories 24/7, along with their hundreds of fact-free, hate-driven radio stations. We also have the sneaky misinformation machine, masquerading as mainstream news that run scripted right-wing slants.
