Unfortunately 489 laws do not apply to Peoples Trust. Unlicensed company requiring construction contracts to be signed without proper licensure. We have addressed this with courts and it seems it is too confusing for even them.

4wI’ve often wondered how those Prefered Vendor programs did not put the insurance company in the position of General Contractor. Not being in that market, does the insurer pay the subcontractors directly or are the policyholders paying them?
