"Moving Creativity" - Connecting Architecture and Interior Design talent with amazing opportunities within the Built Environment across the globe.
Attention all LinkedIn Recruiters! Have you noticed the recent changes to the search options on LinkedIn Recruiter? Instead of the "Current" or "Current or Past" options, we now have "Can have," "Must have," and "Doesn't have." While change can be good, it can also be frustrating when things that worked perfectly well are changed. Has anyone found a way to revert back to the original options? Let's share our thoughts and experiences in the comments below. #LinkedInRecruiter #Recruiting #LinkedInChanges #LinkedInSearchOptions

"I'm having a hard time getting qualified people to apply to my job." ~Hiring Manager Recruiters, what's your go-to-market move when you need to get potential candidates engaged? P.S. this is actual footage of my reaction. And the first question I ask, is what story are you trying to tell? The next is, have you posted INTERNALLY asking for referrals? Have you asked your team to share the job with their network? Have we sourced our OWN ATS? #recruiting #talentattraction #recruitmentmarketing #sourcing

Unsolicited advice from a seasoned Recruiter When you are posting that you are “Open for Work” on LinkedIn, please make sure that you only have one or two titles. When you post more, all it does is show a hiring manager that you are confused, not necessarily strong in all the other categories. I know it sounds funny, since you want to show you can do more than just one or two things, but in retrospect, it just shows you don’t have a direction. At least in my opinion that is. Hello Folks, I have a question regarding responses from recruiters via messages on LinkedIn. If a fully qualified job candidate messaged a recruiter about a job posting expressing interest in the role and having a discussion but received no response… Is the candidate better off applying for a role and sitting on the bench with hundreds of other candidates or messaging the recruiter or hiring manager directly? Asking for a friend… #jobsearch #recruiting #careeradvice
