1moThis is so true! Having worked in software analytics for quite some time, I've been asked for metrics on IC's several times, and have almost always declined to provide them. It's often felt, to me, like a means to justify the end (unfortunately, letting the person go) rather than a way to genuinely tell what real performance looks like. There's always SO much more that goes into it than just how many PR's you've reviewed or how many commits per week you have.
