I started building Inagiffy almost 3 years ago. What I've realized over the years is: Just f*cking enjoy the process. You can't predict the future. I don't know what I'm gonna do 10 years from here. I'm just taking each day as it comes. Enjoying the week, putting in the effort. But if there's time to joke with the team, You bet we're gonna joke. Like this hackathon, we participated in recently. It gave me major college vibes. Staying up till 6 in the morning. Submitting 5 minutes before the deadline. It was fun. That's what it's all about. Building a company isn't just about the grind. The inside jokes, the late nights, the adrenaline rush. Embrace the uncertainty. Have fun, laugh with your team. Work hard, but also live life. Enjoy the ride. Because if you don’t, there won’t be a story to tell. PS: This is what happens within our team at 3am. xD

Most of you have heard my story, but in case you haven’t. Traditional education never really worked for me. Which is crazy! Because I LOVE learning and I’m so curious about pretty much everything. In college I found all my courses just moved a little too slow and I could learn more by binging YouTube videos, going on Lynda (now LinkedIn Learning), and most of all… reaching out to professionals. Most of my professional knowledge is from: A) doing the work B) reaching out to people smarter than me Instead of finishing school I got into sales and still feel that my 3 years at Snapwire was the practical equivalent of getting an MBA. Joining as the first sales hire in a tiny coworking office, helping the team raise a Series A and scale to 8x revenue and from 5 of us to 45 people. I’m a firm believer that our current education system is broken. It hasn’t really changed much in hundreds of years. Text books are competing with AAA games. AI is like a calculator for language. We need to bring new processes to learning. More tailored to each student, and much much more engaging.
