“Entry-level” roles don’t 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 exist. Or at least not in the way we want them to. If you filter jobs by "entry-level," you'll still see roles requiring 3-4 years of experience. That limits your options if you don't meet those requirements, right? 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹! 𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 career changer we've worked with landed a role requiring experience they didn’t 𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 have. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯. → Melissa secured a position needing "8 years of experience" (she had zero). → Jack landed a role where he met only 60% of the qualifications. → Olivia outshined dozens of other candidates with more experience. (𝟯) 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: You've got to WOW hiring managers if you want to beat out more experienced candidates. 𝘉𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦! Guess what?
