This year’s Global Footwear Product Development Summit was a testament to the incredible power of in-person collaboration. The global team came together to build energy and positive momentum ahead of our upcoming go-to-market reviews.     The event kicked off at our Boston Headquarters, where we hosted associates from Footwear Development teams across our Lawrence, Brighton, Warrington and Tokyo sites, along with other cross-functional partner representatives. These in-person sessions allowed for an incredible day of interaction, sharing and learning.     The summit started with an early pickleball session before kicking off into a packed agenda, with sessions focused on sustainability, new technology, digital operations and how to manage work life integration.     Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s product development summit – check out some photos from the experience!
