Interesting data. Most notable bits from our perspective: 🤝 51% of teams rate SME collaboration as their top challenge. Our takeaway: SMEs are overwhelmed, and the more work proposal teams can do FOR them the better. E.g. if you turn them into reviewers rather than writers, you make their task - and therefore your collaboration - that much easier for them. 🤖 90% feel positive or neutral towards AI, but only 34% actually tried it in 2023. Our takeaway: from all the conversations we have with proposal managers we can see the growing interest in using AI to speed up and simplify the RFP response process. That 34% will be WELL over 50% next year. 🛠 Teams have to do more with less - the number of RFP responses is up, and staffing is mostly flat or down. Our takeaway: it's no longer enough have good process management, you need tools to radically speed up the drafting process. #RFPs #ProposalManagement #SalesProcess
