Odoo became the solution! I stumbled upon the solution during my school days—ERPs were not a novelty, but Odoo had already something special. Over the past decade, I've followed its remarkable evolution. Today, sharing my experiences with IT specialists and accountants reveals a significant shift in perceptions. Gone are the days of skepticism: "Impossible to manage accounts," "Beware of implementation costs," or "What's Odoo all about?" Now, these very individuals share contrasting stories. Odoo, the unicorn of Wallonia! It's brilliant, and I recommend it to my clients. I took the leap and implemented Odoo in my IT company, playing a pivotal role in supporting our robust growth. How we fixed crucial bottlenecks in our business. Make a map We found the best way to identify our bottlenecks. We started mapping out our workflows. And listed our pain points.
