The #RetirementGap means that people of color in the U.S. have less money saved for retirement than their White counterparts. More than half of Black and Latinx households have 0 retirement savings, while only a third of White households lack savings. Also, the median overall net worth of white households was more than six times that of African American households: $285,000 to $44,900 as of 2022, according to Federal Reserve data. This has to be addressed!
