We were all over the National Restaurant Association Show and #TheUtilityShow where we sponsored food-inspired tattoos over at UTILITY and brought a digital illustrator to sketch restaurant facades at the #2024RestaurantShow. We also hosted a dinner for restaurant industry leaders with our new advisory board member, Chris DeSaye. I wanted to share a critical initiative from the National Restaurant Association that could significantly impact our businesses. They advocate for the Credit Card Competition Act, which aims to create more competition and reduce swipe fees. 💳
As we all know, credit card processing fees can take a big bite out of our profit, especially in these challenging times. The Credit Card Competition Act is a much-needed step towards leveling the playing field and giving us more control over our costs.
But here's the thing - to make this a reality, we need Congress to pass legislation supporting this cause. 🏛️
I urge all of you to join me in supporting this initiative and reach out to your representatives in Congress. Let's make our voices heard and create a fairer, more competitive environment for our industry.
