Security breaches do not always occur because of sophisticated state sponsored hacking groups. Often, they occur because of users using simple passwords or test accounts that were not deleted before the site went into production. The need to secure even low privileged accounts or delete un-needed test accounts is an essential key in securing the perimeter of an application or website. Neglecting even one account could open the door for an attacker to gain access to unauthorized data or resources.
