Founder Of Ifteem Space • Leveraging Personal Brands & closing high-ticket deals with A Streamlined System saving 3-6 months of trials and errors → For coaches & consultants → $1.3M+ in client rev.
Yes. You can see some changes in your numbers with actions. But... There can be no real growth without strategies. - I've seen creators stuck with 2/3 deals that they once signed. - I've seen creators stuck with 10 engagements per post for months. Seen creators once saying they could do it, then vanishing from the platform. This isn't to scare you off. But a message that the half-baked plans you might be relying on right now, can sting you later on. If you want to transform your personal brand without wasting time on vague trial and error and experiments… And instead, follow a foolproof monetization system that assures results– Reach out through the comment section or my profile: Iftekhar Zakaria, I'll catch up. I've got a few spots left in my offers, and we're closing in soon, so hurry up! You snooze, you lose. 🥂 PS: How much time do you spend on commenting every day? #linkedingrowth #personalbranding #contentstrategy

What Six-Figure Creators Can Tell Us About Their Business(es) There's more to being a successful creator than social media posts and striking brand deals (although creators do say those are key!). To crack the six-figure ceiling, creators say they must diversify their revenue streams, with five (!) or more sources of income being a differentiator — and those making more than $150k annually report using at least seven to make that salary, according to Kajabi's new research. https://lnkd.in/ga5swCcu

Social media #agencies are sinking left & right. Three clients in the last month have had issues with agencies failing to pay them. When I’ve approached the agencies more than one has said they’ve gone out of business. Dare I say this is healthy for the #creator ecosystem. Management agencies can be some of the most predatory, seedy, & unnecessary parts of the creator economy. I’ve seen them sign creators onto 3 year terms without giving them a way out. Others have threatened to bad mouth creators to brands if the creator stops working with them. Many don’t pay creators on time. They aren’t all bad, but there’s many bad actors in the social media space which remains a Wild West, & agencies are no exception. If you’ve worked with an agency & had a positive experience, weigh in below so other creators know who they can trust 👇👇

My quarterly PSA to creators: Don't build your business solely on someone else's platform. Diversify your distribution and create direct relationships with your audience. Courses. Membership. Community. Think about what makes sense for your audience and your expertise. And if you need to hear it from people who are smarter than me: "Platforms have fully embraced the explosion of creators because it cements the power of the platforms, despite what they might say about creator empowerment." https://lnkd.in/eFxmVXxX

Build a business that is desirable to acquire - even if you don't want to exit.
Nathan Barry wrote a brilliant piece on the billion dollar opportunity every creator has. He lists multiple creators that have build an audience and are now using it as a launch massive businesses. And he did this himself too! In 2011, he started a blog to write about software design and development. Within a year, he was earning a living from it. But he wanted something bigger. From the blog he built ConvertKit, that now earns $24M in ARR and is valued at +$100M. Now he shares 4 rules he used to turn an audience into a massive business. RULE #1: BUILD MORE THAN A PERSONAL BRAND Rihanna has more name recognition than almost any creator. Despite that fame, her wealth doesn’t come from her name or hits, but instead from Fenty, a billion dollar company she founded. Personal brands are great for getting started, but the next level nearly always involves moving beyond a personal brand. That doesn’t mean creators aren’t a figure-head or their name isn’t a part of it—Air Jordan or Kylie Cosmetics come to mind—but the company or product brand is #1. RULE #2: SELL PRODUCTS, NOT ATTENTION Creators are better than anyone at capturing attention. Brands pay creators to redirect that attention towards their products. However, is this the best for the creator? Instead they should redirect that attention to their own products. Ryan Reynolds understands this better than anyone. Instead of promoting other brands, he became an owner in Aviation Gin (sold for $610M) and Mint Mobile (sold for $1.2B). RULE #3: DRIVE HIGHER CUSTOMER VALUE THROUGH RECURRING OR REPEAT PURCHASES How often can your customers buy from you? If it’s only once or twice, you’ll struggle to scale that company. But if you sell a product they can buy over and over again, you’ll have a much higher customer lifetime value. RULE #4: CHOOSE A BETTER BUSINESS MODEL As independent creators we’ve seen the incredible value of ebooks, digital products, and courses, but that's not how companies are valued. Instead they are valued on projected future cash flow. A company may lose money now, but if investors believe it has the ability to grow significant in the future, they’ll pay a premium to own a share of it. In 2006 Dr. Dre said “Man, it’s one thing that people steal my music. It’s another thing to destroy the feeling of what I’ve worked on.” Referring to the low quality sound delivered by Apple’s basic earbuds that came with every iPod. Two years later he launched Beats by Dre, his own premium headphones. Through product placement and endorsement deals the headphones became iconic. In 2013 Apple purchased the company for $3B. These rules could all be summed up in one phrase: build a business that is desirable to acquire—even if you don’t want to sell. A powerful brand, recurring revenue, a great product line, and a quality business model will drive significant value long-term whether you sell or run the business yourself.

4moLive this. I could see Scooter Braun and his team launching something like this across the country. Sort of a Muscle Shoalss meets streaming. Where would Pop. Pop Rythm and blues be without the Muscle 🚂Shoals Alabama facility or Berry Gordy and Mowtown. Aretha, Percy, Otis Redding the Stones,, Hendrix Duane Allman. We may Never have hear their unique sound without theses facilities. The most famous guitar riff ever Layla, never would of happened if Clapton wasn’t blown away by Duane Allmans slide solo on Wilson Pickets version of the Beatles Hey Jude coming out of Muscle Shoals session. Clapton got on the phone to his manager super manager Tow Dowd and said “Tom, who is this guy this guy plyaying slide on Wilson’s version of Hey Jude from The Muscle Shoals sessions I want to get him down here to Miami so we can play together. Tom replied” it’s a country boy named Duane Allman who seems to have mastered and reinvented the classi Elmore James sound for todays Audiance. The rest is history…….
