The insurance industry as a whole has gotten to a who you know versus work ethics for sure… Not being able to navigate GuideWire & Xactimate and less than 5 years experience… It’s either you’re over qualified or the carriers want newbies to train with no experience… either way it goes the claims industry the insureds are suffering from management issues in the office and remote. Hire people with experience and enough with the fake resumes and politics. #KnowYourWorth
