Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to return as a speaker at State of Social in Perth. For a full hour, I delved into a topic I'm passionate about: audio. As you might expect, many digital marketing conferences are dominated by discussions on SEO, social media, display advertising, and OOH; however, my focus was on audio. Meg Coffey, the organizer, excels at curating diverse content, making State of Social a great event. This year, my talk centred on the power of audio, particularly audio branding, and the latest ad technology we're exploring at Creative Fix - We Give Brands a Sound. The response was overwhelming; so many people came up to me afterwards, saying, “I have never really thought about audio branding,” or “I had no idea you could do that with audio creative.” For me, discussing the potential of audio advertising with marketers is super exciting, especially as everyone is listening to audio. In fact, 81% of Australians listen to digital audio monthly. The latest technologies we utilise, like 3D audio, dynamic creative, and AI-powered audio ads, are going to supercharge audio advertising creativity in 2024. #audioadvertising #audiomarketing #audiobranding #branding
