German Sales Execs are very different to UK, USA & Dutch Sales Execs. This creates hiring challenges for firms hiring Sales Execs in Germany. Germans are: 👉 Humble 👉 Against risk 👉 Often reserved 👉 Exceptionally polite 👉 Their sales approach is non-aggressive 👉 They do not boast about their sales record 👉 They work better in a team than as an individual 👉 Often they have a technical or engineering background In fact, they behave almost the complete opposite to USA sellers! Alright, I am hiring for an Enterprise Field Sales Rep and my network (and extended network) came through with a ton of interest in the open role(s) ...however, I realize now I should have set some parameters ha. If you meet the following (or think you can) shoot your shot via DM, Video, Email, Fax, Etc.... and lets get process rolling: 1. Enterprise Sales Experience: 6-12 month cycles, multiple stakeholders, and 7 figure deals. 2. Ability to travel: This is a heavy in person role. While the job is remote >50% of the time is going to be spent on the road. The plus side, is prospecting isn't a thing for this role...we have something people want. Accounts are heavily focused in NC/SC/GA. 3. A desire to be great: I don't hire average, I don't manage average, you will be held to a standard that is higher than anything you've been a part of in the past. It is not for everyone, but then again not everyone wants to be great. Coaching and feedback are paramount to us succeeding, if you give me everything you have you will get the same in return (plus stupid commissions, flexibility, and a champion in your corner who will always have your best interest at heart).
