The longer and more involved the interview process the better. It shows prospective employees you are thorough and are going to ensure they are the perfect fit. The additional time they are willing to give to your company during the interview process shows how committed they are to you in the long run. Giving interviewees homework and assignments directly related to the company gives them a sense of openness and trust as you are willing to share company information with them. Having them meet with 10-15 people on your team gives them comfort in knowing their potential peers. SAID NO ONE EVER. #interviewing #operationalexcellence #jobseeking
