**What I Learned This Weekend: The Power of Decluttering and Gardening** This weekend, I had a revelation: decluttering the house can significantly declutter the mind. There's something incredibly motivating about seeing the fruits of your labor. A clean, organised space has a profound impact on mental clarity and productivity. In addition to my efforts indoors, I spent time gardening in the sun. I never realised how satisfying it could be to create colour and bring life to a garden. The process of planting, nurturing, and watching flowers bloom is incredibly fulfilling.
