🌟 Exciting Times for Sarasota-Manatee Growth! 🚀 Big news! The proposed 3H Ranch development, covering over 2,700 acres and featuring more than 6,500 homes, could transform our local landscape. Imagine a mini Lakewood Ranch in Sarasota! Significant commercial development and 14 subdivisions are planned, making it a bustling, thriving area that mirrors the heart of Lakewood Ranch's downtown. However, this expansion isn't without its challenges: - **Commercial Development**: Boosting economic growth. - **Expanded Roadways**: Addressing transportation needs. - **Agricultural Land Concerns**: Preserving our green space vs. rapid development. Sarasota, Bradenton, and Lakewood Ranch are booming, each with unique characteristics. Builders like Neal Homes, Pulte, and M.I. Homes are continuing their projects, with Seaflower in Bradenton standing out due to its proximity to the beach. Exciting times, but it raises questions. Should we keep growing? Or preserve our cherished green spaces? 🤔 Share your thoughts! Let's discuss the future of our beautiful area. #UrbanDevelopment #SarasotaGrowth #RealEstate #Community #GreenSpaces #FuturePlanning #
