“We lost no clients, we lost no employees, we didn’t lose a dollar…Q4 was the largest quarter in the history of REVOLT, and 2023 was the best advertising year we’ve had in the history of REVOLT. In all ways it was record-breaking, even in the middle of a crisis.”
To the advertising, media agency and affiliate partners who have stood by us during this season: Thank you. You didn’t have to, but you did, and for that, I will be forever grateful. Thanks to your support, the company is more stable today than it has ever been before.

REVOLT My case is in Thomson Reuters Westlaw
I was placed on admistrative leave with pay for 9 months and subsequently fired from the Central Intelligence Agency #ODNI in 2014 after 11 years of government service for exposing & making a rap song about #racism in the #CIA "Closed Letter: Racism in the CIA" available on all digital music streaming services by yours truly Stevieweevie. In an unrelated matter the CIA ignored and did not address hardly any of the contents in my EEOC EEOC FED E-NEWS complaint although they have a zero tolerance policy of harrasment in the agency. I subsequently lost a final decision, appeal and reconsideration after 5 years of originally filing; 4 years after being fired. My lawyer; Donald King, a concentrated specialist; he only took on EEOC cases of federal government employees who filed EEOC complaints against the federal government. Mr. King had been practicing #EEOCLAW for over 30 years; said, he never had a case against the #CIA and he never had a government agency completely & totally ignore everything in the compliant let alone bring up 💩 that had nothing to do with the case at hand. #Racism #Harrasment #HostileWorkEnvironment and #FailuretoAccommodate basis of #EEOC Writing a book & script
Hii my self sagar sharma recently I am doing work in ola electric company as a post of city sales manager . but I trying to come and be the part of revolt family so if possibility then update me this is my maid id Sagarsharma784412@gmail.com contact number 87553 11714.
Ok. I see yaw all in the comments kissing butt and not asking what we all want to know about this, so I will.
Detavio Samuels to be honest. It's all making sense now. Where is the damn apology?
Not to the victims, nor the suspect hires and support recipients, but the apology for those of us you guys have dismissed and rejected FOR NOT playing the games???
Those of us who suffer in silence.
Those of us with li gering hostility.
Where is our apology?
I wish you guys worked with more black American creators and media folks around the world who are real. Not only the ones in your circles and who are part of your controversial clicks/parties.
Makes some of us wonder, what we got to do to get a break with yaw?
It makes us think...hmmm...maybe, that's why we didn't and can't get in?!
That's why we see the same people getting opportunities. Makes us even question you and your position, brother.
Real Talk.
We hope this wakes you up to your rank culture and guilt, or perhaps shame make you all do the right things now.
Though Revolt is new....there are a lot of us who have been in the industry for decades, but refuse to play the games, and somehow seem to always be neglected.
Now we and everyone knows why.
It's gate keepers like your founder, Diddy (he is only a gatekeeper...the drama goes much much deeper) that have not just hurt people who have been close to him, but have devastated people who refused to play around -but are truly talented.
The damage to us is worse.
Congrats. It's great you're doing well. It's great REVOLT is balling. But, that's never been the issue.
All of yaw have always been the ballers, while we scrap and beg, and don't know why. That's the whole reason we question anything that Diddy touches and creates.
I think, a article or statement about the integrity and the honest inclusion is what we need. Not a sales brag.
Cause many of us who have tried for decades to make it on our own merit, but have never accomplished it...we now know why.
We know that saying, "NO" or "I'm good" can be career death sentence.
So, just like we tell white folks...let's see some morality growth, genuine diversity and see some un-solicited inclusion.
DEI ain't just for black and white issues.
Give real-talent a chance, let real-world talent in, and look at the world...not just Diddy's bedroom or "networking" events.
Then and only then, will we forgive and believe you.
I'm just sayin'

Learn from your less-than-successful ventures (otherwise known as failures). There is really no such thing as failure – you simply create a result. For example, during one campaign to get on TV and radio shows I sent out 500 letters. I was ignored by 490 and rejected by the others. I didn’t fail 500 times - I learned a different way to succeed. I sent a “thank-you” note to the rejections, thanking them for having the courtesy to respond. One turned into an on-air appearance. Then I created a business-reply card and re-sent that to the other 490 and got a 33% response – and many media appearances.

Viewing objects and items in magazines, online, on television, and in films can impact people’s sense of self.
For those of us who struggle to control our shopping, we may find ourselves compulsively buying things to elevate our status – or even to gain external approval from friends, family, or even complete strangers online.
And advertising impacts us by promising us a reprieve from life’s issues by telling us “if you buy this product, you’ll be happy just like the person in the ad.” As far as “retail therapy” or “treat yourself” mindsets go, it’s important to keep in mind that making purchases – even if it initially feels good – is a very temporary high … on a very slippery slope.

#EndOfWeekThoughts
I like to share *end of week thoughts* from lessons learned, things observed, or something beneficial to others.
Today I saw this reposted by Laura Taylor, but the original post is by Studio Cotton resonated with me.
I will share with you my experiences with this phenomenon through different scenarios.
In my Consulting Services, I have had different people or Companies contacts, reach out under different scenarios with Unethical tactics:
𝐒𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝟏: 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭
In this scenario, a potential client approaches us with a project but provides minimal information. Despite our requests for clarity, they evade specifics and instead arrange meetings to discuss the project further.
However, these meetings yield little additional insight, with the client posing intricate questions without providing essential project details.
After these interactions, they assure us they'll follow up but never do, leaving our attempts at communication unanswered.
Lesson: They got the answers they needed to win or work the projects and do not need you
𝐒𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝟐: 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐥 (𝐑𝐅𝐏)
Another instance involves a company reaching out, praising our qualifications and expressing interest in collaborating.
They outline a project during a meeting and encourage us to submit an RFP by a set deadline. Eager to impress, we invest time and effort into crafting a detailed proposal, only to be met with silence after submission.
Upon inquiry, we're informed that the project hasn't commenced, with vague assurances about future timelines. They also mention multiple proposals, contrary to previous indications that we were their chosen collaborators.
Subsequent attempts to follow up yield similar responses, and no further communication or progress updates.
Lesson: They got many ideas from different people, will use those to do it themselves. Its all they wanted other's ideas.
𝐒𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝟑: 𝐋𝐞𝐭'𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤
An arranged meeting is framed it as a casual networking conversation, but a Project is introduced.
Being responsible for the project, they seek your guidance on how to proceed. You provide general suggestions, and they express interest in collaborating, requesting your rates.
When presented with options, they claim inability to work under either scenario. Upon inquiry about their preferred approach, they show disinterest, making it clear they won't cooperate.
Astonishingly, on refusal of either option, they then tell you how they will proceed with said project, except that they've *adopted your idea as their own.*
Lesson: Networking is fine; I engage in it too. However, when people seek ideas or suggestions, consider arranging a paid "Pick Your Brain" call. Beware of these types of encounters.
