1moMy wife and I got married on 6/29 and had a @RoyalCaribbean cruise scheduled for our honeymoon trip. We were so excited to experience RC's cruise experience, as it looks like an amazing time. We had been on a Carnival Cruise Line cruise and had a great time. For our honeymoon, we wanted a more premium experience, so we decided to try out Royal Caribbean Group. We booked everything through RC's Air2Sea program strictly because of the fact that ALL OVER their website, they guarantee arrival, even with travel cancellations or delays. Our flight to Greece got canceled because of weather so we weren't able to make it on the ship. They told us that the earliest we could get on the ship was on the 6th day of the 8 day cruise, giving us 1.5 days of our honeymoon trip. Because of this, we have been on the phone with RC for 12+ hours trying to get our trip refunded. They refuse to refund us for the cruise that WE DIDN'T go on because they could "technically get us on the cruise". We were extremely disappointed by the fact that we were treated like a dollar vs. a customer. It is baffling to us that this is the way Royal Caribbean Group treats their paying customers.
