3wHey Facebook friends. Need your advice with an issue that I have with #royalcaribbeancruise, #RCCL with regards to a cruise that we were supposed to take in 2020 but due to a COVID it did not go. At the time we asked for a refund and they said they do not refund, and they gave us one year "EXCEPTION" as they call it, to book a new cruise which ended unbeknownst to me in 2022. They now say they will not credit me anything so my money just disappeared? They never contacted me in any way about their arbitrary rule. I don’t know what to do. Should I contact a lawyer, write to the BBB or contact the Governor's office? I try to get answers, why I don't have a credit, from the cruise line but they are not cooperating. Has anyone else had this experience? What do you suggest?
