Dear royal Caribbean group, I am writing this message to express my disappointment with your hiring process through Ctrac. It is just a useless app which makes billions of jobseekers fools with the hope, I know many people who never get calls or emails through your app. My question is that all of them don't deserve to be fit in your criteria, not possible. Please be fair and check all the profiles carefully and respond to them fairly, don't work like a lucky draw. I am also following your useless app for so many years but still there is no response even though I keep my profile updated. One more suggestion your hiring partner in india is also not fair I have approached them so many times but no response they look like they are working on the basis of a bribe. Please check my profile and ask them which kind of profile they are looking for? It's not only me I know more than 50 people who applied for the same but never heard them back. Just want to ask if all the profiles are useless. Please do not take my suggestion in negative note this is just a humble request please look into this.
