The market growth will be driven by your actions, and how to you engage with your ecosystem of consumer and partners.m 2️⃣ When building a market you have to understand 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠-𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 🎯. At Bolt we're moving people from Private cars to ride-hailing, which is more sustainable - both environmentally and economically for our own personal budgets. 3️⃣ When you have a clear vision of your role on building this market, and the opportunity you're going for, you can assess the 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 🚀. In our case for example, how can we move people's perception on private cars ownership? Today, along with my peers, we celebrate the incredible world of enablement professionals!   Professionals in our space wear SO many hats – we're part coach and developer of talent. guiding teams to success. We are also part developer, crafting the tools and resources that empower others.    Not to mention: -part whiteboard enthusiast, brainstorming and strategizing on opportunities and point of view creation. -part time negotiators, securing buy-in from stakeholders across the board -part data analysts, measuring impact and constantly optimizing the journey. -Last but certainly not least, part salesperson, championing the value of enablement itself and our brand.   Being an enablement professional takes toughness, dedication, and a whole lot of heart. We're the architects of knowledge, the builders of bridges, and the secret sauce behind high-performing teams.   Here's to you, fellow enablers in making the nearly impossible, possible.

I'm Brazilian, born in Atibaia, a tiny city near São Paulo. I have a degree in International Relations and am passionate about new cultures and experiences. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐲? 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞/𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦? At Enabley for more than 2 years now, with more than five years experience as a CSM. Starting my career in business development and sales taught me the value and effort required to acquire new customers and hence, the importance of keeping them. This awareness moved me to switch to the CS and today I see that it was an excellent decision. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐛? The sense of partnership. Not only with the team but also with the customer who is committed to the same purpose. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐛? Keeping a balance between what the customer wants, what he needs, and what is possible. It involves constant client maintenance and understanding both sides of the business really well; that of the client, and that of the company you represent. 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫? Competence is not knowing everything, but being able to learn something new when necessary. 𝐅𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐯𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧?
