PNK park Great Stream Commons ALLENWOOD is located at Interstate 80, an east–west transcontinental freeway. I-80 crosses the United States from downtown San Francisco, California, to Teaneck, New Jersey, in the New York metropolitan area. The area also has heavy quantities of water, sewer, power, and gas, which can satisfy virtually any needs a tenant may have. PNK Park Great Stream Commons can also provide rail to at least three buildings in the park or a commonly used loading station for all the residents if they need rail due to oversized/heavy loads and as a matter of optimizing the rising truck hauling costs or if some compounds are not allowed to be transported on public roads. In addition, Allenwood is a designated “Keystone Opportunity Zone” (KOZ) site. This means that the developer and the resident can enjoy the biggest tax incentives package in PA. #IndustrialRealEstateDevelopment #StrategicLocationSelection #TenantRelations #SiteAcquisition #DesignAndArchitecture #TechnologyIntegration #PNKGroupUSA #IndustrialInnovation #ConstructionTechnology #ConstructionIndustry #IndustrialBuilding

The lighthouse that wrecked more ships than it saved. Not sure if this is well known or not, but I stumbled upon this fascinating tale yesterday, and it taught me a powerful lesson in decision-making. In 1857, Colonial Architect Alexander Dawson and assistant surveyor E.F. Millington sought a lighthouse location at Cape St George, near Jervis Bay Territory, Australia. However, Dawson's focus on cost and convenience led to a disastrous outcome. Between 1864 and 1893, after the project was completed, this ill-placed lighthouse witnessed twenty-three shipwrecks. I think this is a reminder that prioritizing purpose over convenience is vital in infrastructure. This story parallels DI planning because protecting your clients income needs to be the infrastructure of their entire financial plan. And like a cheaply built DI plan, this lighthouse was only giving the ships a false sense of safety.
