Recently members of our consultancy and frontline teams facilitated the first of 3 learning sessions on systems change with the Connected Futures* partnerships.   We shared our hypothesis for what it takes to change a system and learning from the No Wrong Door Collaborative (a partnership aiming to make systemic change to employment outcomes for Black Disabled People in Lambeth with Black Thrive).    We discussed the elements of systemic change emerging across Connected Futures and why it can take time to get right. This includes: ⭐ Getting the right people in the room - including people with lived experience and partners who are willing to critically reflect on their role in the system. ⭐ Building deep and trusting relationships that enable you to challenge assumptions and existing ways of working.   If you'd like to discuss your systems change challenges, get in touch for a chat with our team.
