Entrepreneur | Helping accredited investors generate passive income through commercial real estate | Retired Marine Gunnery Sergeant
Joining the Marine Corps was the smartest decision I ever made at 18. Inherently I had value, but I was not operating at my potential. My Drill Instructor helped me unlock that. I felt obligated to become a Drill Instructor and be part of developing the next generation. The young man pictured center was selected to Gunnery Sergeant this year, the rank I’m retiring. I’m proud to be part of his journey. Distressed properties are similar, they have value and potential, but still need a dedicated team to unlock them. Unlocking potential in distressed housing isn't just about profits – it's about revitalizing communities and creating lasting impact. By applying value-add strategies and forced appreciation, we're not only enhancing properties but also elevating neighborhoods 💪🏠💰 #RealEstateInvesting #CommunityRevitalization #ImpactInvesting"

I Help Veteran-Focused Organizations Overcome What & How Roadblocks While Saving Time & Money | American-Dream Advocate | Veteran | Creator Accelerator
What Veterans can learn from Wreaths Across America On December 16th, the annual laying of wreaths coordinated by Wreaths Across America (WAA) takes place once again. The large group that lays wreaths in Arlington National Cemetery tends to get most of the attention, but it's important to remember this will happen at more than 3,400 locations. I still remember my first WAA at Arlington National Cemetery in 2008. About 5,000 of us placed 10,000 wreaths in 2 sections. It was fun, moving, and chaotic. Afterwards, I was skeptical when I read the vision to put a wreath on all 270,000 graves in Arlington in one morning – surely an impossible task. I kept going every year. More volunteers showed up and more graves got wreaths. Incredibly, I participated in December 2014, when every grave in got a wreath. For #Veterans facing challenges in a new job, or growing their business, or completing their education, the success of WAA provides relevant insights: - Be bold – having big aspirations is a good thing. Plan to be great in your job, have a thriving business, or be a top student. - Stick at it – work hard and get better every day. Putting wreaths in Arlington every year showed changes needed to reach the goal. - Enlist the help of other Veterans – like the companies that got involved with WAA, enlist other Veterans to help you. They want to be asked. #VHV | Veterans Helping Veterans #Community #WreathsAcrossAmerica

💡 Survivorship Bias During WWII, the Allies analyzed bullet holes in returning planes to decide where to add armor. They found most damage in the wings and fuselage. Initially, the plan was to reinforce these areas. That seems obvious in the first place, isn't it? But Abraham Wald, a statistician, suggested a different approach. Wald realized that planes hit in the areas with no damage didn't make it back. The key was to armor the spots without bullet holes—those were the fatal hits that downed planes. This story is a classic example of survivorship bias. We often see and analyze only the survivors, missing crucial data from those who failed. When we only study successful businesses or successful people, we miss the analysis of countless others that didn't make it. Learning from failures is just as important as learning from success. Unseen failures can provide impactful insights, and overlooking them may cost dearly in life. #SurvivorshipBias #DecisionMaking #BusinessStrategy #WWII

This is all about creating success
THEY KNEW THEY HAD TO GET HER OUT OR ELSE SHE WOULD SURELY DIE Watching the dramatic rescue of a wild horse stuck in deep mud reminded me of our profound responsibility to each other and the creatures we share this world with. The group's determination and teamwork showcased the best of humanity, illustrating how we can overcome seemingly insurmountable challenges through collective effort and compassion. As Marcus Aurelius wisely said, "Humans have come into being for the sake of each other, so either teach them, or learn to bear them." This video serves as a beautiful reminder of our duty to protect and nurture all life around us. Saving lives, whether human or animal, is a testament to our shared humanity. This rescue filled my heart with joy and reinforced the belief that acts of #kindness, no matter how difficult, are always worthwhile. Let's continue to embody this spirit of care and #compassion in our daily lives. I am really grateful for the opportunities I have been given lately to share my new brand, HYDR8, with interested parties. HYDR8 🇺🇸 is a premium, domestically sourced patriotic bottled water that proudly supports U.S. Veterans and was inspired by my father, Naval Captain Mark McNally’s (ret.) over 28 years of active-duty service as a naval aviator. He retired after commanding the U.S.S. Dwight D. Eisenhower. If you haven't had the chance to learn about our brand, I think it is worth the watch. I may be biased, but I enjoy listening to my Dad's service history. After all, real heroes don't wear capes. #veterans #podcast #newbrand #charitablegiving #givingback #health #hydr8 Hydr8 US LLC D. Have you heard of LEVIATHAN KILL BOX? Kill box is a military term used to describe a designated area where enemy forces are intentionally targeted and destroyed. The kill box is typically marked as an area on a map or chart and is defined by a set of coordinates. Once the Kill Box has been established, forces will typically use a variety of weapons and tactics to engage and destroy any enemy forces inside the designated area. In our modern society, the concept of the Kill Box can be applied metaphorically to our urban environments. Cities have become increasingly dangerous places for human health and freedom. The pollution, overcrowding, and lack of personal space have led many individuals to seek alternatives that offer a better quality of life. If you're tired of the urban grind and seeking a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about freedom and self-sufficiency, join 'ARCA Private Network' today. Together, we can create a parallel society that prioritizes quality connections, personal growth, and a better way of life. If you're interested in learning more about this pressing issue, you can read our latest blog post here 👇 https://shorturl.at/vDMSV #ARCAPrivateNetwork #FutureofFreedom #SelfSufficiency #NewCivilization #LeviathanKillBox #SelfSufficiency
