I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you as a concerned entrepreneur and business owner who has been facing a significant issue with Stripe since March 1, 2024. There is an outstanding balance of almost $8000 that Stripe has been holding, despite the fact that the funds should have been refunded to me by now. I have made numerous attempts to contact the management team at Stripe, but unfortunately, I have not received any assistance or resolution to this matter. I have spent countless hours on the phone with representatives from Stripe, only to be put on hold and passed around without any progress being made. The situation is deeply concerning and I am disappointed that the funds have not been returned to me promptly. The deposit was made on an apartment in New York City, which has since been fully refunded to me. However, Stripe has failed to release the funds back to my account, citing difficulties in finding the manager responsible for handling the refund process. PLEASE HELP ME!

I've been using your platform until October 31st, when Stripe decided to suspend my account and hold my funds. Despite having delivered all the products, my account was still affected. I would like to recover my funds and proceed with closing my account. Can you please assist me with this matter?

It is incomprehensible to me why you would wait until mid-August to handle the money we received at the beginning of April! To withhold customers' money for almost six months instead of refunding it or transferring it back to the merchant, indicates financial problems where customers' money is being used for other expenses. I urgently request that you promptly refund the money received to our customers. This has not been done so far. I also request the transfer of the balance in our account after 70 days. This has not been done either. I am considering canceling our account with you to retrieve our money and not engage in any further business with you. Unfortunately, due to your actions and business policy, I no longer have trust in your company. It seems like you are trying to buy time and stay afloat with our money. Based on our experiences with your company, I am deeply disappointed and consider your behavior fraudulent. As a payment service provider, you have received your commission and invoiced us. It is now up to you to either refund the money to our customers or transfer it to us. If you continue to not take either of these options, we will consider your actions fraudulent.

Help! STRIPE blocked my account (no warnings whatsoever) and they didn't refund my last two clients , they blocked 4kusd so I cant send them to my account or even do refunds so my clients can have their money back...seems like stripe just took the money, anyone with a similar experience?

To anyone at Stripe that can help I don’t know who to turn to and I’ve been trying to contact the management team since March 1, 2024. As an entrepreneur and fellow business owner I’m deeply disappointed that there’s a balance of almost $8000 that Stripe has been holding since March 2024 and no one will return my phone calls or help me with the situation that I’m in , I have spent countless hours on the phone with the representatives from Stripe and no one seems to know how to help me or be able to refund me the money that is sitting in an empty Stripe account from city urban New York on a deposit that I made on an apartment that they have fully refunded to me since March Yet Stripe will not return the money to my account because they cannot find the manager to handle the refund process and keep putting on hold on the phone for endless hours and not returning my phone calls. Every time I call I get put on hold and I have to start from the beginning and no one seems to know The situation is responsible to hold someone’s money for this long without any repercussions and I urge anyone in the Stripe team to please help me

You have been unjustly holding onto our money for two months now. We urgently request for the account to be closed and for the money to be transferred immediately. We have already informed BaFin and will involve the criminal police next Monday and take legal action against your company. In addition, we will inform European authorities that business dealings of this nature are not tolerated in Europe. Furthermore, I will take legal action with my lawyer next week on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, and inform all relevant international authorities as well as file a lawsuit.
