In the early stages of my career, my primary focus was on productivity - completing as many tasks as possible. However, as I progressed in my career, I realized the significance of work management. It dawned on me that it's not just about doing the most work, but rather about ensuring that each task is carried through to completion, forming a full circle. Often, I observed that many individuals initiate tasks, make initial progress, and engage people along the way, but fail to close the loop effectively. As a result, tasks take longer to achieve the desired level of perfection. The key lesson I've learned is that true success lies in not just starting tasks, but in meticulously seeing them through to their conclusion.
