CEO at Keter Group | 25+ years delivering Profitable Growth | Business Transformation | Global Leadership | Retail Partnerships | Operational Excellence | Sustainability | M&A | Fortune 500 | Private Equity
Over the last few months, I’ve had the pleasure of connecting with many Keter team members in person, and I always take the opportunity to engage with them to learn more about them and understand their impact on the company. During one of my recent trips to Israel, I ran into Daniel Netzer at one of our factories. Daniel has worked at Keter since September 1990, an amazing 33 years of service. His current role is Logistics Manager. Before this, he held various positions, including Production Manager, Logistics Center Manager, and Plant Manager. More importantly, Daniel is a great person and a devoted family man who loves meat and football, like many from South America. He has a remarkable ability to recognize potential in individuals, and many owe their roles in the company to him. He is known for spreading goodwill and performing good deeds wherever he goes. Face-to-face engagement with employees is a critical aspect of effective leadership and organizational success. These encounters are important because they reinforce the notion of being part of a broader organization, and they are essential in fostering collaboration and building camaraderie. They also enhance communication, build relationships, foster trust, and support the notion that we are all part of ONE Keter. Recognizing the unique value of every one of the 4,700 global employees is key to fostering our ONE Keter culture. https://lnkd.in/epupZT7K #Keter #Teamwork #Leadership #BetterPeople #TeamSpotlight

Logistics professional/ Ex broker currently Recruiting Freight agents ♟️ player/ problem solver/ co host of 2 dawgs 1 pod.
One of my favorite aspects of working for HD Ships is 2 of the owners were w2 reps became agents, and then started hd 4 years ago. They’ve been in the candiates shoes we are recruiting, and they get what good agents want. I think often times there is a major disconnect from up top in logistics, because the leaders haven’t done the job. It’s not a prerequisite by any means, but it certainly helps and I’ve brought our owners in on meetings with candiates, and I can definitely tell it has made a difference. You hear a lot about bad leadership on LinkedIn, and I am theorizing here but IMO a lot of it is because the leadership is disconnected with the role itself. Happy Wednesday! #sales #logistics #trucking #recruiting

There are only two types of leaders in this world. We're a 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗱 or a 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿. A 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗱: Leads from the front, guiding the sheep by setting an example. They use gentle methods like whistling, calling, and body language to direct the flock. Shepherds aim to make the sheep feel safe and secure. A 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿: Often leads from behind or the side, using forceful methods like shouting, dogs, and sometimes even physical force to move the sheep. The focus is on control and efficiency rather than building trust. If we want to create the best long-term results for us and our team (family, work, etc.), we need to employ the best principles, attributes, and sometimes the right tools to help us be an effective 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗱.

I couldn't agree more with this quote. After so many years in the security industry, I've seen so many operatives mistake action for responsibility and responsible motions. Being fast, being busy and being active doesn't always equate to doing the right thing in the right environment - something we aim to instil in all of our operatives and team members. What quote do you stick by when it comes to leading your team? 👏 #TeamQuote #WorkQuote #LeadershipQuote #ManagingDirector #Director #CompanyDirector #EameHill #EameHillInternational

Your Flexible Packaging Printer 🖨 | Short Lead Times | Pouches • Roll Stock • Plastic Bags | CEO/Visionary at Poly Craft Industries
President Roosevelt made the statement "The best executive is the one who has sense enough to pick good men to do what he wants done, and self-restraint to keep from meddling with them while they do it." I believe this saying really expresses what we are doing here at Poly Craft Industries. We lead then delegate and then exercise faith in capable team members to complete their tasks without unnecessary interference. It underscores the value of letting the team discover what is truly exceptional about themselves. #EffectiveLeadership #TeamEmpowerment #DelegationMatters

This is me on the 5:24 a.m. train from Mernda to Flinders Street Station. This time, I can't see kangaroos or cows feeding on grass, it's dark and sunrise is getting later, around 6:30 a.m. Instead, I saw the lovely train driver smiling at another customer, and that reminded me of the many reasons I love arriving early at work; making my colleagues and customers smile, the most rewarding of those. I believe that keeping people at work motivated is a priority, and the team leaders in my company are experts at doing that. During my almost three-year career with ME, thanks to my leaders, I have grown to be an experienced, knowledgeable, passionate, and trustworthy consultant. I feel confident at work, cared for, supported, respected, and important for the business. You let me know, isn't that all we want as humans? Alright, it's time to work and to help some people feel the same way, ta, vamos! (The photo has nothing to do with work, but those people are my biggest motivation)

Service manger/adviser versed in Decisive/karmak Cummins certified technician. Paccar trained technician. Proven problem solver. Cost evaluation and inventory control specialist. Versed in wet kit and hydro development
The path along your career is full of twists and turns. I heard a phase this week “why do more? Shut up and collect a paycheck” this is hard to swallow for someone like me who’s wants his team and coworkers to grow and get better ever day. How do you create a change in culture when the ones at the top can’t always see thru the trees what on the bottom of the forest? Every company I have worked for in my career has a goal that they expect to happen. But what happens when you fall short do you pass the blame or accept the failure? Training teaching and coaching is always the first step but if you have that one employee that can torpedo your culture and ruin the hard work of others at a point you have to release them and move on. It’s sounds cruel but reality is a team wins together and loses together. Everyone has to shoulder the load and be productive In their position. Not just collect a paycheck #management #platinumservice #paccar #cummins #technicians #peterbilt #kenworth #productivity #culture #managingdirector #operations #fixedoperations
