Certified PDHRM | HR Executive @StrategistHub | We are Hiring | Technical Recruiter | HR & Payroll | Office Culture | Career Counselling
I have seen my team taking naps. I have noticed my team taking an extra 10-15 mins after Lunch break. I have observed my colleagues logging off early. I have witnessed team talking on phone, watching movies, gossiping and yawning. None of this matters to me at all because they all are humans too. One does not need to overreact and expect your team to work for the next 9 hours straight. Giving 100% does not mean sitting and working all the time. An Axe needs to be sharpened for better performance. What do you think? BIG THANKS TO StrategistHub FOR THIS PRACTICE. Have you seen we are hiring?
